Amitav Ghosh
Amitav Ghosh’s most recent novel, Sea of Poppies, was shortlisted for the 2008 Man Booker Prize. His previous books include the novel The Glass Palace, and the essay-collection Dancing in Cambodia, an extract of which appeared in Granta 44.
