Ann Beattie
Ann Beattie has published seven novels and seven collections of short stories, including Where You'll Find Me (1986) most recently Follies: New Stories (2005). In 2000, she received the PEN/Bernard Malamud Award. She lives in Key West, Florida, and Charlottesville, Virginia, where she is the Edgar Allan Poe Professor of Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Virginia.
