David Peace

David Peace lives in Tokyo with his wife and two children. He is the author of the Red Riding Quartet (Serpent’s Tail) and The Damned Utd (Faber), and was chosen as one of Granta’s Best of Young British Novelists in 2003. His most recent novel is Tokyo Year Zero, the first in a trilogy which tells the secret history of Tokyo under the American occupation of 1945–53.
