Elizabeth Tallent

Elizabeth Tallent was born in Washington DC in 1954 and now lives with her husband in Colorado. Her stories have appeared in The New Yorker and have been included in the Pushcart Prize Anthology and the Best American Short Stories. ‘Why I Love Country Music’ (Granta 8) was included in her first collection of short stories, In Constant Flight (Chatto and Windus, 1983).
