George Orwell

George Orwell was a novelist, critic, essayist and poet, and one of England’s most renowned writers of the twentieth century. His best-known works are Nineteen Eighty-Four, a dystopian portrait of a totalitarian state, and Animal Farm, an allegory of communism.
