Jaime Manrique

Jaime Manrique is a poet, journalist and author. His books include Eminent Maricones, a memoir about his friendships with the writers Manuel Puig and Reinaldo Arenas. His first collection of poetry, Los adoradores de la luna (1977), won the Colombian National Poetry Award. He has just finished work on a new novel, Cervantes Street, about the life of Miguel de Cervantes.
