Judith Hermann

Judith Hermann was born in 1970 in Berlin where she lives and works as a writer. ‘This Side of the Oder’, which appeared in Granta 74, was taken from her first collection of short stories, The Summerhouse, Later. Her second collection, Nothing But Ghosts, was published in 2005.
