Uzma Aslam Khan

Uzma Aslam Khan was born in Lahore and grew up mostly in Karachi; she spent much of her childhood travelling, living in Japan, the Phillipines and England. She has taught English language and literature in the US, Morocco and Pakistan. She is the author of The Story of Noble Rot (Penguin India/Ruper & Co); Trespassing (Flamingo/Picador), shortlisted for the Commonwealth Prize in 2003, and The Geometry of God (Haus Publishing, 2010), which received the Bronze Award in The Independent Publishers Book Awards, 2010.
