Zadie Smith

Zadie Smith was born in north-west London in 1975. She attended Hampstead Comprehensive School and then King’s College, Cambridge. She is the author of two novels, White Teeth and The Autograph Man, and is the recipient of a Guardian First Book Award, a Whitbread First Novel Award and the James Tait Black Memorial Prize.
