This is a really fascinating interview. The fact that Mr. Terry rejects the term "African writer" really says something about how some Africans see their cultures positions in the world today: as cosmopolitans, with as much diversity as any other culture on the planet. I would love to read Mr. Terry's work. Where can I find this short story, "Stickfighting Days"?
