It helped overcome considerable panic, anxiety and dislocation after a totally unexpected row and sacking from a charity I built over 5 years.
Tapering off was rocky, with very strange dreams and distortions of self.

It helped considerably, no total answer of course but smoothed some rough edges. My drive to achieve and create changes diminished along with the anger frustration and hurt.
Back in the 'real' world is the place to be.

Nor did straight up SSRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics. What did it for me were ECTs. Had a lovely holiday from myself and even went back to school to learn useful things. I'm happy to report that I've returned from my holiday and may yet write some decent poetry. I would recommend that you ignore Jiminy Cricket and get down to the important business of writing fiction.
