The uploading of Granta’s archive is now complete. Digital subscribers can read back issues from 1979 to now – all the way from ‘New American Writing’, edited by Bill Buford when he was a graduate student at Cambridge, up to the latest issues – for just £12.99, the current price of a single issue. (Please note that we have made every effort to obtain digital rights to all our pieces, and have done so where publishers’ and agents’ policies permit it. In some cases this has not been possible.)
To purchase a digital subscription, you need to register an account at My Granta. Then simply click ‘purchase a year’s digital subscription’ on your profile page, and you will be able to start enjoying work by writers such as Salman Rushdie, Bruce Chatwin, Arundhati Roy and Milan Kundera and, more recently, it has featured work from new talents such as Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Declan Walsh, and Tom McCarthy.
